Description
Each of the 12 Zodiac signs rules over a part of the body. As we travel through the Zodiacal year, we can use yoga and other gentle somatic practices to care for and integrate our bodies into the season.
Our AstroYoga classes blend stillness, yoga, meditation, and simple awareness practices. In the Astroyoga Gemini class, we will focus on the lungs, shoulders, bronchial tubes, arms, and hands.
Astroyoga Gemini Season
When- Sunday, June 2nd, 12-1:30 pm ET
Where- Astroyoga takes place in the comfort of your home or chosen spaces on Zoom.
Who- All levels, ages 10+, are welcome to this Hatha yoga class centered in seasonal astrology.

After you register- You will receive a welcome letter with a Zoom link a few days before class begins. Please bring a yoga mat, something to sit on, and your journal or notebook to class.
